B. Frank Joy Names Pedro Hernandez
Senior Project, Division Manager

HYATTSVILLE, MD – March 20, 2007 -- Pedro Hernandez has been named senior project manager and division manager for B. Frank Joy. Hernandez will lead the company’s site utilities and sewer rehabilitation divisions.

Hernandez has worked at B. Frank Joy for seven years, working his way up from junior estimator to his current position. In his new role, Hernandez will oversee budgeting, scheduling and customer relations, as well as work to enhance growth and profitability for his divisions.

A graduate of Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, where he received a B.S. in mechanical engineering, Hernandez has a master of engineering management and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
