Project Manager - Short Term
B. Frank Joy, LLC is seeking an short term project manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of PM experience, with experience in the utility market being preferred. We’re looking for a person with initiative, drive, flexibility, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to add value, support the project management group, and get the job done.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cost Tracking – Tracking, updating, verifying, and analyzing labor, material, equipment and sub expenses, and manhours for work in progress.
  • Update cost at completion reports for work in progress.
  • Submittals and change order documentation.
  • Billing projects in progress.
  • Assist PM with collections.
  • Coordinate materials, subs, misc. as needed for work in progress.
  • Project manage small projects ($25-100K) if/as available and assigned by Project Manager.
  • Responsible for schedule, customer interface, planning, material/sub buy-down, interfacing with site supervisor, change orders and project successfully meeting profit goal.
  • Misc Projects as assigned by Project Manager.
