95 south to Baltimore/Washington Parkway toward Washington. Last exit before D.C. is Rt. 202. At bottom of exit ramp turn right (towards Bladensburg). Immediately get into left lane. Make left turn at 1st light (57th Avenue). Go 1 block – turn right on Newton Street. Newton Street is a dead end 3-4 blocks later. Turn left on 52nd Avenue. Go 2-3 blocks. Turn left on Kilmer Place. The Joy building is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

From Virginia
Take 95 North towards Baltimore. Cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Take 295 North. 295 turns into MD. Route 201, Kenilworth Avenue. Take Kenilworth Avenue. North over Route 50 to 2nd light, turn right onto 52nd Avenue. Turn right onto Kilmer Place. The Joy building is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

From Montgomery County
Take 495 East (it turns into 95 South). Take the Baltimore Washington Parkway (no trucks on the B/W Parkway) towards Washington. Take the 3rd exit, Route 202, at the end of the exit make a right onto Route 202. Make a left at 1st light onto 57th Avenue. Make a right onto Newton Street. At the dead end, make a left onto 52nd Avenue. Make a left onto Kilmer Place. The Joy building is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

From Southern Prince George’s County
Take Route 50 West. Stay on Route 50 approximately three (3) miles. Take the Kenilworth Avenue/Tuxedo Road exit. Stay on Kenilworth to 2nd light. Turn right onto 52nd Avenue. Turn right onto Kilmer Place. The Joy building is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

From the District of Columbia
Take New York Avenue to Kenilworth Avenue. (Md. Route 201) towards Bladensburg. Stay on Kenilworth until you see the Pepsi Cola Plant on the right. Turn right onto 52nd Avenue. Turn right onto Kilmer Place. They Joy building is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
